Couples who are looking to conceive might want to increase their seafood intake, according to a new study.
New research, published in The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism, found that couples who consumed two or more 113 gram servings of seafood a week while trying to conceive, took less time to fall pregnant and had sex more frequently when compared to couples who ate less seafood….
